We have a WiNNER!!!!!

After looking at a few places, we've chosen a venue for our wedding.
The winner is...

Located in Longview TX

We picked the date of November 12, 2011 as well :)
OOOH We're so excited!!!! I can't believe it's actually happening, and I couldn't be happier!

Wedding Colors!!!

I went to David's Bridal and got color swatches of the colors we will be using in the wedding!!!

Horizon Blue will be our main color with the Latte for accents :)
Got appointments to check out The Belgium House and The Arbor on the 22nd, and the Legacy on the 23rd! Can't wait to look at them!

Might have found THE place!

I have it basically narrowed down to two three places.

The-Arbor in Tyler TX

The Belgium House in Longview, TX

The Legacy in Jacksonville



Gonna definitely check these out later this month and put down a deposit!!

It's MY wedding and I'll have it where I want and invite who I want (within reason)!!

Just getting started.

So Steven proposed on November 24 and there's a LOT to be done.

So far, we've narrowed our dates down to November 11, 2011 or November 12, 2011 and it all really depends on if the venue we choose is available on one of those days. I want the wedding somewhere in East Texas but I found a beautiful place up in Royce City (on I-30 east of dallas) but we'll see.

I want stargazer lillies as part of my flowers.

Also, one of our wedding colors is Horizon Blue (it's on the Davids Bridal website). I want one more color and that is to be decided.

My BESTIE and Matron of Honor is Tasha and she'll be making our wedding cake once we decide what we want and my bridesmaids are Stacen and Niki!

There's so much more to do and with school, it feels like I just don't have enough time! But I hope everyone can come :)

I am also taking in some charity (lol) if anyone wants to donate to a good cause :)
